Andulf has advised the owners of Outnorth, the leading online retailer of outdoor products and apparel in Scandinavia, in connection with their divestment of a majority of the shares to the Nordic media group Egmont. Andulf's team was led by Martin Pilotti and Carl-Philip Scherling.
