Andulf has acted as lead legal advisor to Vista Equity Partners and its portfolio company LogicMonitor in connection with the acquisition of Unomaly AB, a Stockholm based company providing automated and machine learning based solutions for the analysis and monitoring of IT systems. Andulf's team was led by Martin Pilotti, assisted by Julia Brugge and Mattias Persson.
