Andulf has acted as legal advisor to the Swedish Agency for Innovation and Growth when making an agreement with Almi Invest regarding the establishment of a green fund which shall invest 650 MSEK in innovative SME’s offering products and services that reduces climate emissions. The fund is financed by the EU structural funds, Almi and the Swedish Energy Agency. Andulf’s work has covered all aspects of the transaction, including compliance with the relevant EU regulations.
