After a short and very successful process the real estate fund, Intea Fastigheter AB, held its first closing in January 2016. The fund is backed by inter alia Svenska Handelsbanken Pensionsstiftelse, Volvo Pensionsstiftelse, Saab Pensionsstiftelse and Försäkringsbolaget PRI Pensionsgaranti. Andulf acted as lead legal advisor with responsibility for all aspects of the legal process in connection with the fundraising.
