Andulf advised online grocery company MatHem in connection with its recently finalized financing round. In the financing round, successful investor Anders Holch Povlsen, owner to fashion group Bestseller, at a post money valuation of the company of approximately SEK 1.25 billion. Andulf's team was led by Partner Martin Pilotti.
