Andulf has advised Verdane Capital VIII K/S in its acquisition of shares in five companies from Sequent Invest. The companies are active within facility management, construction engineering and point of sales systems for restaurants and have an aggregate annual revenue of approximately SEK 900 million. Andulf's team consisted of Martin Pilotti (Responsible Partner), Tobias Öberg, Helena Schenck Stendal and Carl Philip Scherling.
