In connection to M&A transactions, we frequently act as legal advisors for private equity funds, industrial players, entrepreneurs and foreign law firms and have experience from over a thousand transactions, many of them with values exceeding one billion SEK. Clients come to us because they appreciate our philosophy, the high partner attention and small, dedicated and experienced teams.
We aim to have the same team for due diligence, first drafts of the transaction documentation and negotiations. In our experience, this expedites the process, and makes sure time and resources can be utilized efficiently.

For transactional clients, there is no one-size-fits-all. Many clients require certain formats and many situations require adjusting the approach to achieve the desired result. We strive to always provide a service tailored for the situation. In an M&A context, this may include adjusting course when the right thing to do is skip the suit or prepare a first draft SPA of a hundred words.
