Tobias Öberg

Partner and admitted to the Swedish Bar

Tobias is a partner and member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has particular knowledge of company law and corporate-related issues, and assists private equity funds as well as family offices and entrepreneurs. Since joining Andulf in 2005 he has focused on transactions and investments related to sectors such as real estate, health care, technology and online retail, and is dedicated to providing pragmatic and commercial advice.
