Marie joined Andulf just a few months after the firm’s inception in 2004 and has been a partner since 2013. She splits her time between fund-related matters, including advising limited partners in relation to investments and management teams in connection with fund establishment, and private M&A. In addition, Marie is a frequently retained lawyer when it comes to advice relating to AIFMD and its impact on private equity funds.
