We have been selected in tenders for the First, Third, Fourth and Sixth Swedish National Pension Funds to act as their legal advisor on investments in alternative assets. We also regularly act on behalf of the European Investment Fund and major life insurance companies in their investments in private equity funds. Our clients, due to their sheer size, are oftentimes anchor or lead investors. Therefore, we regularly perform comprehensive reviews of all aspects of fund structures – not only in the Nordics but also in the rest of Europe, the US and Asia.

Since inception, we have regularly reviewed funds established all over the world which, in addition to the constant flow of incremental know-how, has allowed us to develop a process that is effectively structured and solution-oriented. We strive to present the results of our reviews in an accessible format that can be used by investors both as material for an investment decision and as support in negotiations. It has allowed and continues to allow us to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of how institutional investors perceive the legal aspects and the processes on the private equity market.
